We met in 2023 when I was attending CSU San Marcos for Golf, where I felt completely isolated from my friends and was struggling to make any new friends on my golf team. Paul helped me decompartmentalize my negative thought patterns and introduced me to teachings of stoic philosophy which helped alleviate my negative perceptions of my environment at the time and reduce my anxiety. Paul helped me better understand emotional regulation and supported my ambitions to transfer back to Chapman and work towards my dreams of going pro."
