You are NOT ALONE if you ever feel:

Well here lets give him an anti depressant." He can't focus in class? Oh, here let's give him adderral."

- Hopeless, at times feeling trapped in a repetitive cycle outside our control
- Depressed/always tired
- Unhappy with life
- Lonely (even in company)
- Stressed
- Unsure of where to begin, where to look, where to start
