Atlas - "To Endure Greatly"
- In ancient mythology Atlas was a powerful Titan who led the rebellion against the gods and was cursed to hold up the heavens for eternity. In latin "Atlas" translates to "endure greatly" which is what many young individuals, myself included, can resonate with from consistently feeling like we are stuck, frozen in time, with the weight of the world on our shoulders. If you feel this way or relate, do not feel discouraged or hopeless because the Atlas Alignment Program was created for you. With the AAP we can learn to better understand our mind, our thought patterns, our past, the world we live in, and create our own atlas(map) through which we use to break free from conformity and align ourselves with our true calling in life. In other words, this program was specifically designed to elevate you on every level.

My mission as a mentor and a coach is to empower and inspire my clients to live a life that is authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with their values. To give them the tools, the mentorship, and the wisdom I wish I had growing up. I only do life coaching part time, however, helping others grow and seeing the success first hand is more fulfilling to me than any other endeavor or pay check I could ever ask for.
I am a professionally certified and fully accredited(IHTCP/CTAA) life coach with over 5 years of professional coaching experience. I have an extensive background and expert understanding in psychology, philosophy, history, and the laws of human nature. I have a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from San Francisco State University with a minor in Philosophy.
I have over 10 years of coaching experience in sports in the San Diego community. In my youth, I spent time volunteer coaching at Kurtis Swanberg camps throughout North county and also coached the U-12 Solana Beach All Star Base Ball Team.
